Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University has issued a circular regarding summer vacation and upcoming examinations.
Matter of declaring summer vacation the circular issued by Bhavnagar University to the students and Maharaja Krishnakumar Singhji Bhavnagar University, all the affiliated colleges / buildings, the principals / chairpersons and the coordinators of the Diploma / Postgraduate Center and the Director of the External Curriculum Department, as per the above instructions. The action was ordered by the Registrar.
- Instructions for students
1. Vacation will be from 01-05-2021 to 05-06-2021 and academic work will start as per routine from 07-06-2021.
2. Immediately after vacation opening. Sem-4 and Sem-6 and PG Sem-4 exams will be taken, the detailed program of which will be announced in the last week of May.
3. UG from 07-06-2021. Sem-2 and PG. The remaining academic work of Sem-2 and UG and PG Diploma will be resumed online / offline whose examinations will be held in the last week of June 2021 or in the first week of July 2021
- Instructions for employees
1. Every administrative employee of the organization will not have to leave the headquarters on duty and will be on standby for the required duty. As well as when the need arises and the duty assigned by the district administration will have to perform the duty non-commissioned.
2. Every academic / administrative staff should be available on mobile phone and e-mail regarding online operations during this period.
3. As per the aforesaid circular of the Government, the administrative employees will have to work as per 50% rotation from 9th May to 15th May 2021.
