Google translate app download step 

  1. Download the Google Translate app on your Android device.
  2. After you download you need to set up Google Translate. (When for the first time you will open Google Translate, it will ask you to choose your primary language and the language you translate most often.)
  3. Choose your primary language, tap the Down arrow.
  4. Next tap the Down arrow to choose the language that you translate most often.
  5. To download both languages for offline use, leave Translate offline checked. (If the language you entered isn't available for download, it will say Not available offline.)
  6. At last tap on Finished.
Note: If you want to translate images with your camera in all supported languages, then make sure that your device has an auto-focus camera and a dual-core CPU with ARMv7. If you want to know more about the technical details, you can check the manufacturer's instructions.
