Documents Verification at College of MKBU
After the Merit List has been released, the selected candidates will have to physically visit the College of MKBU for the document verification. In the document verification process, candidates are required to carry the documents below on the day of reporting to the college.
- HSC Mark Sheet (Original)
- Leaving certificate (Original)
- Original migration certificate (if the candidate is from other states/board)
- Original caste certificate (if applicable)
- Non Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable after 1 April 2024)
- Gap certificate original (if applicable)
- Birth certificate/ Domicile (Certificate for outside of students)
- Aadhar card photocopy
- Passport size photograph (2 copies)
Note : At the time of admission, the original document and its 2 xerox copy should be kept.
How does MKBU Merit List 2025 is Prepared?
The merit list of the candidates who have applied and are eligible for admission as per the rules and
regulations prescribed by the Admissions Committee will be prepared as under:
- For the examination passed by the candidate from any of the boards as mentioned in 6.1, the average merit marks of the theoretical subjects will be considered.
- The prescribed standard for preparation of merit of the candidates who have equal merit marks will be as under:
- (2.1) Marks of English subject in standard -12
- (2.2) Date of birth (age)
- (2.3) For merit, priority to be given to fresh students, and then will be included in the merit according to the year of passing.
